Join Us For Thirsty Thursday

Let's be honest, one does not need a reason to enjoy a good glass of whatever you fancy. But, should we need a few reasons to justify our actions, what would they be?

  1. Because you had a good day.
  2. Because you had a bad day.
  3. Because, let’s be honest, your day was kind of “meh” and could use something to spice it up.
  4. Many doctors recommend a glass of red wine a night to lower the risk of heart disease. They went to medical school so who is to argue?
  5. It’s called a social lubricant for a reason. It really does help at those awkward gatherings where you know one person.
  6. Because alcohol has been there for you during the tough times.
  7. Because somewhere in the world, someone did something awesome right now and you should celebrate.

Whatever your reason for tilting back a glass or three, here are our top 3 cocktails for the week.

Ingredients

2 ounces bourbon

3/4 ounce honey syrup

Note

To make honey syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup honey in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until honey is dissolved
